Perhaps you’re wondering how the wedding photography booking process works?
Below you’ll find a little timeline to give you an idea of how everything unfolds — from your first message all the way to your big day.
How to begin?
Let's make dreams come true!
Get in touch:
In your message, tell me a little bit about you as a couple, your vision for the photos, and what kind of coverage you’re looking for.
If you already know your wedding date and venue, please include those details too.

Let's work together!
Booking your date:
Once you decide to book me as your wedding photographer, I’ll send you the booking invoice.
Your reservation is confirmed once the 30% retainer has been paid.
The remaining balance will be due one week before your wedding day.
At the time of booking, we’ll also schedule your planning meeting and engagement session.
At First Sight
The planning meeting:
During the planning meeting, we’ll go through your wishes and the flow of your wedding day in as much detail as possible.
It’s best to arrange this meeting once you already have a general idea of your wedding schedule — preparations, ceremony, and celebration.
Beautiful memories into beautiful photography
After the wedding:
You’ll receive a few sneak peek images the very next day, and your full wedding gallery will be delivered within two (2) months of your wedding.
If you wish, you can also order beautiful Fine Art prints and wall pieces directly through me — a timeless way to preserve your most precious memories.
The Day of the Wedding
On your wedding day:
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive at the venue in good time to prepare and capture the atmosphere as the day begins.
As agreed, I’ll start by photographing your getting ready moments, portraits, or the ceremony — depending on the timeline we’ve planned together.
Since I’ll already know the schedule and details of your day, you can simply relax and focus on what truly matters — celebrating your love.
If, during the day, you feel that the initially booked hours aren’t quite enough and you’d like me to stay longer, extra hours can be added on the day itself. Additional hours will always be invoiced afterwards.
A Date with the camera
Engagement session:
Your engagement session can take place anytime before the wedding.
It’s a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and a great “rehearsal” for your wedding portraits.
For many couples, it’s the first time being photographed together — so this session helps you relax and enjoy the experience.
You can also use your engagement photos for save-the-dates or invitations, so we can plan the timing accordingly.
